Witcher 3 on xbox - Russian VO not available!

I just bought an witcher 3:wild hunt on cd. There are no russian language(only subtitles). Russian language pack is not working (free dlc for witcher 3 from xbox store). What should i do? I don't wanna read subtitles whole game

Moved this to the Xbox board. Changed title for clarity.

Language packs are limited by region. Unfortunately, if the Russian VO is not available in your area, the only way around that is to create an account in an area that does offer it and purchase it for that region.

I know that's annoying, but it's a marketplace limitation managed by Microsoft (and Sony, too). CDPR has no say over this.
