Hi I was thinking how helpful it would be having an option to attach small notes in the description of save games. I mean it would really help decision making and going back to earlier saves. And I know for sure that this feature is not hard to implement into the game.

Yes, this would be a great idea. However you can also keep save game for individual quests as a backup. If you want then you can also get this individual quests save game files of Wither 3 from this link - http://goo.gl/j8konx
