Geralt decides to intervene to save some random peasant woman who was sentenced to death for looting, murder of the wounded and cannibalism by some Nilfgaardian. Since when exactly has he become the stereotypical hero who saves the damsel in distress?

Not impressed at all by it. Oh sure the visuals are nice, but the "story" of the trailer is shit.

Unless they were condemning a folk healer, or witch. Then it's perfectly in line with the trumped up charges medieval courts brought against accusations of the supernatural.

Except she wasn't accused of the supernatural. In fact in times of war in a devastated land I could certainly see someone doing all the things they accused her of: Looting food or money to buy food, cannibalism due to desperation and murder of wounded Nilfgaardian soldiers for revenge.

For a moment there i feared he would have listened to Vesemir, i always tought that Geralt is the kind of guy who knows he can not save everyone but does not use it as an excuse to just turn his head when he could save someone

Letho CGI trailer was all about flashy flash.

EDIT: Okay I couldn't wait to watch it. Geralt disarms and uses the dudes knife!? I guess he learned some new stuff. I kinda like how maybe our swords will be on the horse now.

Just saw it. Nice, but how does it relate to the visuals in the game? It's a pure prerendering, not using the game engine, right?

He didn't want to blunt the sword. And it wasn't barehanded - he used a knife.

What beginning trailer? It got cloned on Youtube several times already, so if CDPR care to remove it, they'll have to hunt them, but I think they won't bother - no point.
