"Three sigma" is an expression of engineers who do control or navigation systems. It means, yeah, three times the standard deviation off course. Out of control. Open loop. Berserk.
Interesting. Yennefer says "You saw what she did. She could be a bigger danger than the Hunt". So only the english version doesn't have this sentence. The french, russian and german Yennefer says something similar to the polish Yennefer.

well, all versions are more or less different.. Voice acting, pauses...
For example. Emperor's voice acting (in previous trailer).
In Polish: care, willingness to redemption.
In English: uncertainty, the threat?

It's not accusation. But English version is most universal and it will reach most people in all world (culture).
If you didn't know Sapkowski's saga... what would you think about Ciri as - "....more dangerous than Wild Hunt". Witcher is realy strange for most people right now. After something like this it would be more complicated. In trailer, not in game. Trailer shouldn't be to complicated. In game, all informations, will be given in good time.
We can find in Internet some.... "comments" like: ".... Ciri has nice ass, I hope i will be able (as Geralt) to...(have a really close relationship....)". Horrible, but true.
I think, that CDPR, should as fast, as it is possible to create and show us realy good, normal, developer's diary.

I don't know too much Witcher 1 in english... In polish its ok, sometimes very good. Witcher 1 many times is very similar to books, almost quotations. Is it bad? I don't think so. But is W1 genius? Answer is the same. I really like books, so game was really "close" for me. Very good thing (for me) in game was this... Slavonic things... world, music, etc...

Well. Witcher 2 is a different thing. Story was created almoust in 100% (ok 75-90) by CDPR. That included characters, world and may ather things.. The story is really good. (It could be great, but...)
I don't like 1 thing about game's story. In 1 approach we won't get more than 35-45% of it's content... It is bad. We should be able to get at least... 60-75% of all content. But ok, what is done is done.
2'nd thing that I don't ... enjoy too much was this.. hmm.. I'm not quite sure how to say that. I don't want to be misunderstood.
W2 is too... american, it's too west
I played Call of Duty and i know this sort of things (1 and 2... or maybe it was Medal of Honor)
But Witcher never should be like this games.... or like TES 5 (I realy enjoyed TES 4 "Morrowind" - 1 of the best RPG game ever )
And most of game, it's music, colors, its way of showing us its content...

But I can understand CDPR and their choice to create something that will be able to reach more people....
Do I agree with the way, how they did it? Not quite. But ok, what is done is done.

1) I realy don't like too big "diplomatically correct"
2) I try to be polite and courteous....
These two things together are not easy to... reconciled.
If you don't want to read about "diplomatically correct" and what I think about it. Skip "spoiler" thing.
People are scared now that they will be accused of "hating someone, or something..." even if they don't know [them or this]. It is silly.
I was accused of something 1 or 2 times.... and i have to say, it is really boring and annoying to replaying and trying to answer ... "What I really wanted to say...." shi...t it's really annoying..
For example I don't know too many gays [or black people... shi..t I don't know any afro-american... but I know some black people (from Africa, or from europe, or from my own country) and we have good relationship].
But if I would say (in some group), that I think, that gays (or anyone else) should / or should not....(do, be, make... etc. ) that or that. - I could be accused that i hate them
It is really that we realy can't talk everywhere about everything (ok almost everything...) and we cant talk what we really think, becoues.... someon could "feel hurt"....
Respect - yes
Tolerance - yes
But if I don't agree with something.... it doesn't mean that I'm biased.
Well sometimes I'm and I know that I'm and then - I'm telling about it. But most times I'm "mind open guy".
The worst thing is that people don't understand that: tolerance does not equal acceptance. And it never should.
OK back to Witcher 3 - this game have huge opportunity to be something great. And in english it should to be something between W1 and W2 and this is very good (I think). We will see.
