Hey there! I want to report a bug that could hopefully be patched over eventually as its torture for my gaming OCD!
In White Orchard just west of "The Mill" signpost there is a hidden treasure icon that doesn't gray out once you have completed it. Despite having collected the treasure. It still appears as white and I've seen this bug posted about a few times elsewhere on the internet.
I can't interact with anything underwater and killing nearby enemies doesn't make a difference.
