I believe CDPR confirmed the game world will be about the size of W3's world.
That was like 3 big areas - Velen, Novigrad and Skellige.
Plus there quite big extras like the whole Kaer Morhen area, White Orcharch, the Isle of Mists, another worlds (from Avalach's quest),...
And expansions, especially Toussaint is enourmous.
Potential for the whole new trilogy is massive.
I guess there's gonna be a region that has a border with Kovir; to make the game more consistent.
Then possibly Nilfgaard with Emhyr again (because of Ciri).
Perhaps there could be places Ciri likes and where people trust her and support her, like Skellige, Temple of Melitele, Cintra, Kaer Morhen.
Hjalmar could be one of the romances.
Hm, I just got an idea! What if Ciri had a crystal ball, which she would use to talk with Yennefer (or Geralt) remotely?
This could have a massive impact on forming her - as a human, a witcher, child of the elder blood, queen, etc...
This could be amazing, because Yen or Geralt could give her advices, but she would be completely free of them to make her own choices!
Also, she could attend Lodge's meetings, etc,,,but remotely as well.
Some mages or people like Emhyr might try to track her via the ball, but she would be able to protect herself somehow.
Anyway, it could be amazing to visit Calanthe's grave or memorial, walking in the palace, gardens, the whole grounds, and thinking about what could've been and why it's important to live in the present.
Imagine stuff like faded, dusted rooms, carpets, empty throne, servants who don't recognize her, paintings of her when she was little, etc...
Perhaps Ciri could return to Cintra as a queen with one of her romances, bring friends she makes along the way with her, and restore both the palace and the kingdom. Friends could renovate the palace based on their skills and serve for post-game stuff - like some dialogues, perhaps few quests,...
The highest priestest of Melitele would come, perhaps to Ciri's wedding, to talk with her, bless her, heal her, give her advice, or whatnot
