Witcher Ciri

Is the only way to end game with Ciri to continue as witcher by not going to Emhyr?

Iam a bit confused, in my game Ciri ended up as empress, and I did more or less all those good choiches.

Yes I know but is the only way to get the witcher Ciri end to not visit Emhyr?

or see her father but make sure he doesn't win the war (by either not killing Radovid or killing him and letting Dijkstra rule)

There is a quite complicated logic behind this, it is not simple yes-or-not case. I found this:

Hope it helps you.
