Witcher in real life

Hello! Well, this is my first post on the forum, I'll hope it won't be my last :)

I created this topic because one day, as I was traveling in Berlin, I suddenly discovered a bottle of water named... Saskia. You all know what I thought about when I saw it.
So, just for fun, I imagined what an ad for this bottle would look like in TW's world... and I made this.

Then, I went to a museum (yes, I got a wonderful live, haven't I? :p), and I saw this. That's how I discovered "Kalkstein" means "Limestone" in german. Btw, the picture is the description of the statue of a royal woman, unidentified, that was found in a church.

I know it ain't really fan art but... Well, it's surprising, isn't it? So I was wondering if some of you could also find Witcher's things in real life. Who knows, maybe "Geralt" is the name of a sweet doll in some unexplored land? :D

That's actually pretty awesome :D Keeping my eyes open for some coincidental item bearing a similar name with a Witcher character or location.

White Wolf (Toha’eesha, also called "Captain Jim") was a chief of the Paiutes. His hair turned white when he was a young man, and he was reputedly able to turn himself into a (white) wolf. His descendants still live in the Yosemite and Hetch Hetchy valleys, and there is a campground named for him.

5.5 miles to White Wolf campground (no white wolves, but an enormous black bear has been seen often):

Oh, I'm glad to see this topic has success :) Well, I must say the White Wolf man is... surprising. Captain Jim, hmm? Maybe Geralt lost his memory once again and found a new name?

Haha :D Philippa and Sheala too, but I think it would be more pepper for Philippa, and ice for Miss de Tancarville... But, yeah, a TW restaurant would be just great!

Nekkerspoel (lit. "drowner pool") is a village in Belgium. Its main attraction is the water sports park De Nekker. If that's not creepy enough already, an inundated Iron Age (La Tène) village, and enough later drowning victims to sustain legends of water demons, have been found in the Mechels Broek.

There's a strip mall near where I work, with a well-tended hedge of pink roses. More than once, I've seen them and thought "Aha, Ginatia!"

Well, "Captain Jim" was his "white man's name"; "Captain" was an honorific often given to Native chiefs by white folks who had dealings with them. But the White Wolf of the Paiutes was a man of peace, not an adventurer or warrior. (His descendants are, many of them, notable artists in California.)

Maribor, Temeria is Maribor, Slovenia in RL, while Novigrad Redania is located in Craotia, either in the county of Istra or Dalmacija. I suspect Sapkowski spent a holiday in one of the two Novigrad cities, they're both renowned touristic locations ;)
All three cities were part of former Yugoslavia, btw.

Want some extra fun about that?
The Nekkers where written down in a "biology" book together with other Demons, ghostly appearances, dragons and so on. The authors last name was Coenen. I immediately though of Witcher Coën

Brenna - a name of a Slavic fortress in Germany, and also of two villages in Poland
Yaruga - similar to Krasnaya Yaruga, a district in Western Russia, on the border with Ukraine
Zahin Schmartz - schmärtz is the German word for pain; good name for a dentist

Not only that...Zahin: Zahn is the German word for tooth...so Zahin Schmartz --> Zahnschmerz --> engl. toothache :)
I love CDPR for all the ambiguous names.
