Witcher Merchandise

as a usual gamer i have lots of gaming stuff. t-shirts, cups, hoodies etc... i want to buy my favorite game's products too, but there is none around. don't you guys plan such merchandising for the witcher? that would be great.

Guys, believe me - we are thinking about it. It's something that will arrive eventually - it's really hard to pinpoint the time however.

At the moment though you have to consider two things... Number one, CD RED is a game developer which means their main focus is on games and not merchandise and secondly, the merchandise once released will probably not be items that interfere with the different collectors edition as that would ruin some of the reasons for collectors of actually obtaining them.

At the moment I would recommend you to wait and see once CD RED have gotten a bit more spare time (and not being busy with Witcher 3, Cyberpunk 2077 as well as the programmer team which further develop the engine) and if you are really in need of obtaining something you can always make something yourself. Customized cups and t-shirts are quite easy and cheap to get so I would recommend that for a start as having your own custom T-shirt or cup is much more personal and provide higher satisfactory levels than something mass produced.

If you're not interested in that though I can only say, wait and hope for the best.

I don't like the idea of clothing because it's not something that will tell us more about the game world. So if there are products related to witcher stuff, how about a detailed bestiary? Or maps? or a board game?

Mmm English bestiary. Ooooh replica dice poker set. These are the things I would buy another curio for, Witcher exclusive goodies.

But yeah its good they've already talked of merch shop soon. Hell, look how long it took Bethesda to set one up.

A full dice poker board... maybe some Replica Swords (Talk with Windlass steelcraft, seriously guys, they make some pretty good sword reproductions, actual high carbon steel!!), a deck of cards with all the sex cards from The Witcher 1, a resin statue of Geralt vs the Kayran, oh, the possibilities are endless!
