Just checked, its the wolvern potions sorry not armour. Not sure how it works mind you. Have to excuse me I'm new to witcher3, only been playing it for 100 hours lol, trying to do everything i can. Love it though. Not played 1.08 patch yet either, hope its sorted out the glitching ect, I'm female btw, 61yrs young and love witcher3. Lol

There's one in your inventory. It's intended for someone who has equipment from the game version 1.06 or earlier that's now too high a level for Geraly.
If you need to use it, you drink it. It lasts long enough for you to go and get armour/weapons that are suitable.
