Witcher3.exe not closing when quitting game

Hello,
Whenever i stop playing the game, witcher3.exe is still running and i can't re-open the game without stopping the process first by pressing CTRL+ALT+DEL

I'm having the exact same issue.

I haven't notice many other issues other than the process not closing.

Here are my specs.
Windows 7 64 bit
ZOTAC ZT-90301-10M GeForce GTX 960 2GB 128-Bit
AMD FX-6300 Vishera 6-Core 3.5GHz
HyperX Savage 8GB 240-Pin DDR3 SDRAM DDR3 2133

I am having the same issue.
Music keeps playing as well, which is super annoying

Have same issue:
Cannot close w3.exe and have problems with closing Win7 (it takes ages and don't go to end):
