Witcher3 Steam PS5 Controller

Hello, I would like to play Witcher3 with the PS5 controller (bluetooth) but I always get the X-Box controller symbols. Steam is recognizing the PS5 Contoller but as soon as I start the game it will switch to the X-Box layout.

I tried already for hours, but without success L Pleas Help. Thank you

You could try disabling the Steam Controller Configuration (judging from various other websites it looks like via Steam Big Picture you should be able to select the game in the library, go to Manage game, then controller options and then set the steam input per game setting to forced off).

That being said, I don’t know if and how well the new ps5 controller works in TW3 on PC (keep in mind, the game is a lot older than the controller).
