In general, I wouldn‘t worry about things like that, as long as it doesn‘t happen more frequently. Open world games tend to have minor visual hiccups here and there. I still have fond memories of the flying chair in Oxenfurt a few patches ago

No, game is clean, but i think it is problems connecting with system on ryzen base, i have other bugs with witches church at swamp for example, it was crashed inside, i saw just wall's textur and nothing more :lol I don't know HOW, but it was working

You could try rolling back to much older gpu drivers, in case this gets too bad.
