Wolf Gear announcement yaaaaayyyy!!

+
I hope the visuals are somewhere between old fashioned Witcher gear and the starting armor... as far stats go, I think extra defenses will be the way to go, since the wolf school is all about avoidance and defense. Maybe also some potion and mutagen stuff.

Great, hopefully it looks as natural as the Bear (favorite) and Cat armours - not a fricking cuirass like with the "medium" Griffin set, or the starting combat suit, was dying to find something better in the early game... finally found the Salmian and Belhaven brigandines :) Those are nice, being somewhere between armour and clothing, comfy x)

It's a scavenger hunt, so it's probably exactly like the other sets.

I mean, they even named it after an animal of a certain school to keep in theme with the other ones, so it's fairly obvious they are going to follow the same pattern. As for the stats, i believe it's going to be a medium set all rounder, with sign intensity as well as attack power. Or maybe it's something to do with alchemy since a set that does that doesn't exist.

This weeks dlc

TREASURE HUNT WOLF SET :D:D:D:D:DD:DD: AND NEW TRISS OUTFIT

AWHOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO

PS: better include wolf content all the way to mastercraft.

Indeed, still, it remains to be seen if it's a real set... if it's only one scavenger hunt quest, then the armor (and weapons?) probably has only one level of quality... if it has more then one, then it's a quest chain like the other set items, which would be quite some more content then the other DLC's up until now.

Do you guys really expect a fully upgradable set? This would mean that this DLC would be the most complex one so far... I remain skeptical until we know more.

@warbaby2: You say it.

I'd guess it'd be a Medium armor as the Kaer Morhen armor you start out with is medium. I'm hoping it's somewhat based off of that, I liked the colouring and style of the chainmail/leather. Being able to improve on that I can only imagine what it'd look like.

More armor sets = more private stash bags dropped at Hattori's ;D

I used to drop my stashes at crow perch signpost. Went okay for quite long, and then they disappeared out of the blue. There goes my griffin armor set, unused crossbows, books and relic swords.

And btw I also hope that the new armor set will resemble the ones from the TW1 :)

@dixxn : are you playing on PS4 or PC ? I read somewhere PC doesn't have despawn but I'm not quite sure if it has any difference with platform. Btw I dropped it inside Hattori's house, dunno if that made any different.

Let's hope it's actually useful armor. All armor I've found in-game, which was just random bits over the course, blow the school sets and even the DLC out of the water, but it's ugly and mis-matched. But still, it has better stats. Have been sorely disappointed with the school gear as you go through the effort of finding it only to be less powerful or useful than the random chest armor I've found, most of which was in Novigrad or Velen area. I'm level 34 and it's worthless junk. The really good stuff I need to be level 42 or there about which is a joke as I'm nearly finished and don't see level 40 happening on it's own from enemies giving 4 exp or random quest occasionally giving exp.
