Wolf Gear announcement yaaaaayyyy!!

Movement speed isn't affected by armor type. It only affects stamina, and medium armor has the griffin general skill which raises stamina regen. So, better armor points, and higher stamina regen than light armor.

tho feline armor is really cool after the first part..

@Smurfin I play on PC. I don't know why, but it goes for quite some time before one day I went to put another stuff there, and they're all gone. Okay I'll try Hattori's next time. There are dropped loots that still intact, which is unimportant to me, though hahaha. Really looking forward to this wolf school gear, and hopefully a "stash" is somewhere in the future patches

I think maybe because I'm playing with a Quen build, but I don't find myself relying on any armor's stats. I rolled around with the Nilfgaardian armor for a bit, since it's black. But, I've mostly kept using the Kaer Morhen armor. So, if they give me something that looks cool...then I'll wear it no matter what.

And looking at Lambert and Eskel's armor...I'm kinda expecting one of the gear to look like that.

I hope Triss' alternative look slightly darkens her hair. It is too bright currently.

I also hope the alternative look doesn't always have her showing so much skin. It seems rather contrary to her desire to avoid attention in Novigrad.

Why is everyone missing the most important point ?

Lets hope it's not a "Pot Belly" armor like Griffin set, really hate that design. One of the reason why I completely discarded Griffin set.

Does this have all the default, enhanced, superior and mastercrafted sets? Or is this just the standard level? It'd suck if it was just one...

OMG YES!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Is there A CHANCE that by "Scavanger Hunt" they mean there Might also be a Cloak in the game?! Like Geralt and Vesemir had in Killing Monsters Trailer!??!? PLEASE BE IT!!!

Sorry if it's already been asked but does today's DLC come out for PS4 as well? Or do we have to wait another week?

There are going to be 16 free DLCs, and every wednesday 2 of the DLCs are released on all the platform.

I am fully aware of that.

You might not have noticed because you play on another platform, but the Nilfgaardian armor and Elite Crossbow Set were released with a delay of one week for almost every country's PS Store except for very few like the US one. What I'm getting at is that this could possibly be the case for these 2 pieces as well.

All of these "DLCs" are ripped straight out of the release version. I don't understand how you people can praise them...

They're free. It'd be a whole other story if they weren't. People tend to like free stuff. Waiting for new content to release gets people excited or even hyped. We Germans call it 'Vorfreude' which can be translated into something as 'joyful anticipation'. This experience would be lost if it was all included in the game from the get-go. It also gets people to stay tuned.

Another thing is that you don't know what's yet to come.

I wouldn't say they're all are ripped out of the release version, such like an alternate look for a character for example, which is, as the name suggests, just an alternative which you may or may not use.

I personally like TW3's DLCs, I was quite disappointed that I couldn't get any fitting pants for the Nilfgaardian Guardsman armor and was pleasantly surprised when the Nilfgaardian Armor DLC came out, along with the awesome horse armor.

Also, CDPR is doing a wake-up call that other companies need to stop with their current DLC policy, for example the notorious horse armor, the start of all the little paid DLCs (which can't be considered expansions), first DLC CDPR released was a free horse armor

Dude...Unless the dont take money for it there is no fuckin reason to rip it out of the Release version!

Not true. As it is, these DLCs prolong people's interest in the game, which, in theory, directly correlates with both the sales of the game itself and its upcoming expansions.

Edit: I don't particularly mind it just because it is free for us. If they require this as part of the marketing for their - in my opinion - fantastic game, so be it.

I don't see the point in these "equipment DLCs". Doesn't really matter what you wear, as long it's not vastly underlevelled, even on death march.

Riiight..... Because you have 100% proof to state is as a fact, right? No? Well then stop posting stuff that you have no idea about in the first place.
Entries for most if not all the DLCs could be found in various config files in the game since day one.

The "addwolfdlc" debug console command has been in the game since day one.
