Is there a possible way to get beast fang in act 5 for the dentist?

Try Kalkstein, if you sold any to him earlier, he should still have them.

You can get Beast fangs from these "monsters".

You can probably get one from the Mutant that is mistaken for the Striga. Otherwise I doubt you can find any dogs, and the armored hounds are found in Azar's Mansion, which would be too late for you.

On act IV there's a pack of wolfs by the lake that give you beast fangs I believe... That's the last time to get those for free I think.
