Worse bug in HUD while playing CP

Hey guys,
After finishing mission with voodoo guys my HUD has a really bad graphical bug.
It looks like I'm down with life, but I don't.
At first I thougt that was because I knocked out the NetWatch-Agent, so I played a little bit longer.
But no mission or something else appeared.
My HUD always looks like this:

With this normal playing impossible.
Has someone an idea to fix this bug.
Rollback on earlier savegame is impossible. No savepoint.

I have seen something similar before, do you have this only with Cyberpunk or with other games? With me the VRAM spontaneously broke and with 3d applications (which then needed a lot of VRAM -> only a few cells/bytes on the chip were affected) this occurred.
Okay, with Cyberpunk you never know

It's only a problem with CP and only this savegame. I have three two other with other characters and they havn't this bug.

EDIT:
My hardware is only 4 to 5 months old. I don't think that they are damaged.

Did ya try restarting your system yet? That might help! Seems like a painful bug tho...

tried nearly everything.
Restarting Game, loading another Savegame than loading this savegame, shooting life nearly 0 and heal up

Nothing helped.
