Worse performance than normal

I've been having worse performance than normal recently and I'm not sure why, I ran benchmarks on a completely fresh install with the latest nvidia driver and 591.74 and both showed the same problem so I don't think it's a driver issue. Anyone know what's going on?

Well, the game hasn’t been changed this year.

So I guess it's likely something on your end... maybe a windows update (also, windows added some ai features that can affect performance if not disable), some other software that is interfering with the performance, maybe something that's running in the background, or a mod...

But I can only guess…
