Would you buy an expansion with promised but cut features?

This is one of these double edged swords.
Intuitively it should be no, because its cut content. I shouldn't have to pay extra for it. But if they are gonna charge for it, I may still do so because it will (assumingly) improve the gaming experience.

Well.. as far as i remember, they said that those who preordered game will have DLC's for free (i may be wrong). So DLC's with cut content should be for free, BUT... if they'll be buyable, i'll buy.

We'll have to wait and see I guess.
But that does sound promising. And 'nice'.

I hated Fallout 4 for the same reason I can't love cyberpunk. The game is nothing new.
For fallout 4 it was the same game as any fallout or elder scrolls before. Same engine, same look same quests.

Cyberpunk 2077 promised to be something new.
Well, it turned out to be a generic RPG. I enjoyed the combat and some of the quests but I can also spend an hour playing Agar.io

I didn't refund the game because on PC I encountered only 2 game breaking bugs over 60 hours of gameplay.

I never followed the game until pretty much the night before release so any feature is a new feature for me. Because of that, I'd be willing to pay for them.

I think they should be mostly free, but at this point, Im willing to pay to get the game I was sold... I know, Im part of the problem. And I wouldnt do it for any other company.

If they charge extra for what should be initially included in the game, I'll simply say goodbye to any game from CDPR. I'd rather not play them at all even if they are good games(very unlikely). Don't like getting humiliated and manipulated at the same time just for a couple of games.

If whatever they procude includes even just 5 minutes more of Judy, Panam, River, Kerry, Rogue, Evelyn, Jackie, Takemura... I'll insta buy.

First I'd have to know what the DLC included and it would be a MUST that third person mode was included.

If a significant amount of features were included as well as third person I would purchase it up to a certain price point simply because I spent 8 years of my life looking forward to this game, there are no other cyberpunk games of this scope on console that I'm aware of and after how horrible they've treated the cyberpunk genre I'm afraid no one else will want to be associated with cyberpunk. I'd like to be able to enjoy the game....having to purchase it though wouldn't leave me with the greatest taste in my mouth but it would still be better than the taste I've got now.

There was no such statement. Preorder or not, you get the same DLCs as everyone else. If they're free, they're free. If they're paid, then you buy them or a season pass. About the only thing that's not certain is if there will BE a season pass for CP77 (there was one for Witcher 3).

No.... Cd projekt don't deserve to be paid twice for things that were promised to be in the game in the first place.

Personally i enjoy the game very much and got it the day it went to prepurchase at 1200ars which is half price ..so yeah, 1 or 2 dlc's wont make a difference in my wallet...

Depends on what cut content was actually cut and not something they only hoped to implement in the game.

actually, i like the game so much (and wish i could live in a world like that at times, im soo ready to visit a ripperdoc, i think i need a ram doubler)

that being said, i would actually pay for additional cut content and any additional content, as long as it keeps making the game interesting.

i am over 50+ hours into the game on my first playthrough and am refusing to finish the game or main questlines.

i have many other npc's that i am talking to and many other bands, buskers, or people playing or hanging out. hacking tv's for no reason and just eating lots of food laying around after a spawn.

its my life away from life and is cheaper than buying an evening with an escort or a night out in the city.

techlife, yep... bring it on.

Absolutely not. After such a disaster and so much built up promise, to hand us this thing and then tell us we need to pay for what the game should have been is completely inappropriate.

Is there a consensus on what "cut content" actually means? I have a feeling right now this entails everything from things people dreamed about to stuff that was shown at some point or hinted at to stuff that seems to be really missing or half-finished. Which is why these discussions are an exercise in futility right now.
