So I was trying to find any news about Cyberpunk 2077 like I do almost every week and gotta thank the several Youtube channels out there who aren't click-baiting and at least give us true knowledge about Cyberpunk 2077's universe and lore, which I really appreciate them for doing that and from one of those channels I found a poll that caught my attention. A huge shoutout to one of those channels that are working hard to quench that thirst of ours;
Neon Arcade, thank you mate for letting me use your poll question and post it here. Here is the link for his channel: https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCMJ3UzruPLaNaYuclqE0rBg
These are also the other channels I tend to watch when I want to find any good news from a reliable source about Cyberpunk 2077:

No, thanks. Creating a character in a new game for the first time is always a really fun experience for me, and an integral part of the first-time experience. I like spending (lots of) time trying out different options rather than just re-created a character I've already created prior to playing the actual game.

Thanks for sharing the poll! Obviously I think people who are maybe on the fence about the game would also have more of an attachment to the game or trying it out if they've created their perfect V before hand : )

No mate, thanks to you. I told you I was gonna post it, sorry it took a bit longer than expected

Neither really . I'll make a V when I get the game .

I mean, unless they want feedback about the cc ? I still don't want it .

You know, BW did something like that with the KEEP on Origin . They handed over codes, for peoples to try it and they went banana . I gave my code to a friend who was dying to give it a run .

And I really didn't miss anything . The Keep was a Joke in the end .

Good question, it makes me think more than I expected. I don't mind spending handful of hours just playing with the CC, of course, but I'm not sure if they would spend extra-dev time making a standalone app for that.

No, this is more fitting for a multiplayer game, i wouldn't want CDPR to waste time and resources on something like this

A short demo could be cool.
Just to be sure it runs on your pc.

Wouldn't be wasted since I guess by then the game would be done, and wouldn't be much of a waste than the build they make for public presentation.

I pretty much agree with this and wonder if they would spend the resources for a dedicated character creator in advance, esp. if it's "just" a solid amount of options and not a figurative "this character editor allows you to recreate any human being in existence and more" where you could spend hours on average.

The PR Tool is a fair point however. I don't see a hard reason for it, but of course if they do that and some people benefit from this I also won't complain of course.

If this app becomes real its mostly going to be a pc app more than a moblie app. So, I think half of the people who end up downloading this app will probably have lag issues and other minor issues.

So, in conclusion I think this would be a bad idea realistically but I personally favor a CC app.

I spend loads of time on Creation, like making the perfect scenario, definitely would cut downtime at the beginning of the gameplay for me, and it would only quench a bit of my thirst. However, wouldn't recommend it using dedicated % of the workforce for the studio.

I don't really see the point. Stats and builds aren't something that I spend a long time agonizing over and if we can't see our character 99% of the time then what's the point of a CC at all, let alone an early one?

I see my character even less in Borderlands 3 than we will in CP2077 but I still grind for cool looking gear to see in my inventory menu
