[Xbox 360] Geralt won't move!!!

I've just gotten to the point where Geralt has to escort Phillipa Eilhart out of the dungeon in the quest "The Spellbreaker". THey both get out of there respective cells, have a little conversation but I can't move at all. I can open the journal, map, inventory, character screen and I can also pause the game with the start button and move the camera with the right stick but they just will not move. Is this a bug or have I just wasted four days of play time because there's no fix for it?

Surely the game must have saved at least a few times, during your playthrough. Try reloading the latest save and see if the problem persists. It sounds like there would have been an autosave right as you got out of your cells.

Oh, dear... Then I have no idea what could be the problem. Sometimes the game can behave oddly and force you to reload an earlier save in order to load the area or its characters again, but if this doesn't solve the issue, then I don't know. :/
