Xbox One superior?

With patch 1.03 for both ps4 and xbox, i can comfirm for those who own the 2 consoles to buy it for xbox one...
Framerate is ALWAYS STABLE, only dips occurs in one very specific moment, in the Velen swamps but only with a storm, if no storm here no dips! And these dips are like 27/28fps whereas on ps4 it is really often that it drop frames, and as low as 20fps, even less!!
IQ is of course worse on xboxone but i'll take 900p with stable 30fps 98% of the time over 1080p with 30fps perhaps 75% of the time, it depends on your preference...
I hope some analysis will follow to show this, in order to inform those who have choice between the 2 but for me after testing both, if you prefer framerate over IQ, go with Xone, it's amazing what they've done with the weakest machine!!
