Xbox One: Swim to Surface (B) Caused Geralt To Dive Down!!
So I have just got some loot from the bottom of a lake and I go to swim up by pressing B and instead of surfacing he swims two strokes and then levels out again. Release B and press and hold again and once again it is two strokes and then levels out and stops swimming. Holding B should make him swim to the surface but it's annoying as hell as when you have gone deep. I got killed several times by the Drowners when I repeatedly stalled out swimming to the surface.
