XboxOne Questions - Please help

I cannot find answers to the following questions:

1) Does the XboxOne "resume" feature work? (can i turn off my console mid game and pick up where I left off when I turn it back on? without it affecting my save)

2) How do I apply the new costume sets for NPCs (Triss, Yen, etc.) with the DLC?

3) How do I know which Shops sell the new DLC gear and weapons?

Thank you for the help!

I ask forgiveness for bad English. I had a problem. After passing of a task all abilities disappeared. There were empty cells. The same problem turned out and on early preservations. What to do? I played about a month! I reached the 20th level! To start anew?

1, From what I've heard, there was a save bug regarding the XBOX one and the resume play feature but it was patched. I play Witcher on pc, but with all my XBOX one games I always quit the application before turning off the console or letting it rest.
2.Download DLC. Main Menu of the game, under Options->Downloadable Content, tabs to turn the alternate looks on/off
3. Temerian Armor is in White Orchard (The merchant you save from the Griffin) Nilfgaardian armor is sold by the Crow's Perch Quartermaster, Skellige Armor is sold by the Kaer Trolde Armorer.

I'm going to assume you are talking about the abilities in the character screen. You might have cleared them accidentally. Select the abilities you want, then select the slot to place them in. If you accidentally took a potion of clearance and reset all your skill points, you will have to re-apply those.

That's just the point that abilities aren't active. I can't move them to cells. I tried to change this potion of clearance, but it is too not active.
