Yaiba ASM-R250 Muramasa quest email not showing up?

So i did the Reported Crime, already have both Yaiba bikes, bought 3 more vehicles on Autifixer and have over 700k in the bank but the quest email just wont show.

Ive tried skipping time and visiting different apartments but nothing happens, I have the messages to start the other 2 vehicles quests but of course I cant get the one I really want to start.

Anyone else having issues getting the email to show?

Same. No email and don't know how to start the quest otherwise (without console forcing). Have bought Yaiba Peacekeper, Mizutani Shion Samum (for rockets) and something else (also with rockets i think). Though tbh in 2.21 there was no need to buy vehicles because you just could ride in Type-66 Hoon or Nazare Itsumade up until Caliburn Murkmobile unlocked

And is a hotfix due any time soon?

I havent updated mods/CET since 2.1

But I will do a complete reinstall to double check

Oh god...I am an idiot....or at least I watched a youtube guide made by an idiot.

Turns out I did the wrong Reported Crime...too late to do it tonight but Ill try tomorrow
