The dragon's words refer more to taking them apart, not dying in love, whatever you suggest.

I thought Three Jackdaws was saying that they could never have children? Particularly because Yennefer's fertility was kind of major plot point in that short story.
Here's what he said to her:
"Excuse my boldness and my frankness, Yennefer. It's written on your faces, I don't even need to read your thoughts. You were made for each other, you and the witcher. But nothing will come of it. Nothing. I'm sorry.""I know." Yennefer turned a little pale. "I know, Villentretenmerth. But I too would like to believe that there is no limit as to what's possible or at least that this limit is very distant."
He was. He said that even though her and Geralt "were made for each other", it could never work (meaning having kids)
Villentretenmerth says "nothing will come of it", that does not mean their relationship is will end eventually. During that Story it was Yennefer goal to cure her infertility.
So I think it is reasonable to assume that Villentretenmerth meant, she wont have a child with the witcher. And she won't at least not a biological one.

Another guess-working stuff (just like everything about T) but fine.
They already were happy together !!in the games!! (TWII flashbacks). So it's possible to say that it was their curse - something always takes them away apart from each other (Ciri, The Lodge, Thanned coup, Vilgefortz, Wild Hunt). So if spell is dead (after "TLW" quest)...mb finally they can love and look in tomorrow without fear.
Ironically, the most reasonable thing Geralt has said in the entire game is in his first few lines.
And with that I'm off, gonna read more of the Last Wish and then sleep.
