That was a mod for Witcher 1, it used the Triss model with different colours. It looks like they didn't even changed the face.Don't know about you but to me she look almost the same as Yen in Witcher 3 >

I am not exactly a fan of all alternative outfits so far, Yennefer's just look the best, but i think a more dress-like type would have been better. One for adventure, functional and easy to walk in, and this dress-type for anything else.
Something like this:
Triss alternative outfit is just out of place, totally. She looks like attending a ball and not being incognito in a city full of people wanting to kill her. But it's fine for the masquerade.

The person responsible for her face animations did a great job, most of the time you can read from her face, you don't even need to hear what she is going to say, you can just see it.
