I realised that the pile of rags was Yoël and that thing next to her, that awful thing, that trunk with no arms and no legs which was screaming so horrifically was Coral.

Really, one of my biggest regrets is I wasn't able to sit down with Yen to talk about Emhyr.

This is one thing that always bothered me. Early in the game Yen seems to be building a new place for herself in the Imperial court, and she sets up the amnesty for the lodge in Nilfgaard, then in the end she decides to stay in the North with no real explanation. In the Ciri witcher ending it might make sense if Yen wants to be in the North where Ciri will be, but in the Empress ending Ciri implies that Yen doesn't even know about her decision. The only real hint in the game is from Philippa, who implies that she will push Yen out and take over the advisory role at the Imperial court. We can guess that perhaps Yen saw the writing on the wall and bailed out before Philippa could bring her down.

But she go to imperial court mostly because of Ciri and if Geralt is not her LI not because she like Emhyr and nilfgard, and why should she, he kept her in prision, destroyed lodge and she said that she didn`t forget that he killed her friends.

Did you notice that after the quest with Eskel in Kear Morhen he is examining a Katakan - he found a golden ring inside of the monster...

Geralt knows his woman well!
