Did you even read other posts in this thread or you're just repeating same things again and again through various threads?
No one trying to 'enlighten' other team, the only thing that's really disturbing - flagrant disregarding of the lore (expressed via mediocre one-liners) in order to reassure players in their choice.
What if I want to choose Triss storyline, but don't want experience this BS in it?
What if new player would form a distorted opinion (even more distorted which he/she could form as of now) after experiencing these dialogues?
But that was already the case with Ciri (and the White Frost) in TW3. it's nothing new, just the weird deepening of the already existing narrative flaws...

And I would LOVE it if her arc was extensive enough to make room for that and many other topics and we could discuss it with her and agree or not... but sadly it is not... time is short and so they have to make the most of it and that includes focusing mainly on romantic parts...
And since this is Yen thread, I'll reiterate what I said some time back, I love her character and I love their relationship too, I just wish we could have more options in how to interact with her...

Where did it occur to you that Geralt 'suffers' in relationship with Yennefer and he deserved "a normal life"? What does "normal life" for Geralt? Sitting in Kovir and eating cakes baked by Triss? I do not think so. Their relationship might actually look like, as you said, but only in the first two books. In the saga that was "Something More". The fact that their relationship is complicated, doesn't mean that one of them is struggling with each other. I would say that on the contrary. Based on the 8 books and games, I can bet that for, Geralt normal life means living with Yennefer. And if not with Yennefer, then not with any other woman.

There's a fine line between 'interpretation' and 'comprehension of the text'. Ignoring explicitly stated opinions of Geralt and turning them into a pile of lies is beyond that line by any means.

I wanted to see Triss on Skellige for example. Why not? Yennefer can be with Emhyr atm.

I didn't exactly mean, avoid contact as much as possible... just not be that submissive all the time... more like an equal partner relationship between the two...

I posted the fanfiction to underline my argument that one single fan put more effort into it than the creators of this issue.
If you read the fanfiction or not, doesn't matter, the work and effort behind it is what mattered in this argument and not the content of it.
As i said, it isn't perfect, but at least the author tried, while CDPR just avoid it.

What I'm seeing regarding the leaks is that its split people into 2 camps:
1) If CDPR is going to add to the game, there should be no half measures, the content should match a certain standard of quality, otherwise it doesn't belong in the game.
2) I want more Witcher 3 content no matter what it is, because post-launch support for the game is better than no support.
