During the Mission "The Hunt" you do some brain dances, and when I was transitioing from the BD back to regular gameplay the "You are now leaving signal range" notification you can get during BD's was stuck on my screen afterwards, no real way to make it go away other than reloading.

I had that issue on PC. I saved the game at that point, then reloaded the save and it went away.
This particular bug did not hinder progression, you could continue with the mission fine, it was just a visual annoyance. A leftover artifact from the BD UI just permanently stuck on the screen.
Saving and reloading hte game made it go away though, so yes, just a visual annoyance.
