Hi
I need a Fixer with some advice with a situation in Cyberpunk 2077: Phantom Liberty, on a Win10 PC; and I don’t know the proper place to ask this question. So if I’m not in the right Forum location please re-direct me
After asking the “Steam community” I was advised to file a Ticket with Steam, as no one had heard of this issue before. Steam help support re-directed me to CD Project Red Techn Support about a week ago
Until they get back to me I remain stuck
I am hoping someone here has seen this issue and might know a work-around
I cannot Crouch, Jump, Climb or Run
I’m also stuck in the Stylish Suit and cannot un-equip it or change clothing
I can walk away but the game will not let the mission end or move forward in the mission
I’ve already tried all the known and generally identified issues/ fixes
I am a little over 500 hours invested in my 1st play through
Up to this point I had not experienced any issues
I am presently at the end of You Know My Name with only Chippin’ In and Nocturne Op55n1 left to do; everything else possible is done
I’m at Level 60/ SC 50, and everything I have is upgraded & maxed out to the best of my ability; … so I don’t want to just give up and walk away
No Mods, just the straight game, 1st play-through
I am presently at the end of You Know My Name
Everything has gone fine with the game/ mission up until the elevator reaches the Lobby at the Black Sapphire
Once I reach the Lobby the Barghest soldier will NOT escort Reed and me through the lobby to the exit and out of the Black Sapphire
Reed is also stuck (frozen) at the soldier’s side in the Lobby by the elevator
The soldier waiting near the elevator door will only interact if provoked to turn hostile
Reed is stuck (frozen) at the soldier’s side in the Lobby by the elevator
The soldier waiting near the elevator door will not interact but will turn hostile if provoked
I have re-played the mission; I’ve reloaded and re-played many saves from within the mission; from different points within the mission; gone places drove around, Fast-traveled, Logged out, Quit, slept, Cleared Steam Cash, etc, etc …
I’ve tried using the relevant Manual, Auto and Quick saves
I have checked and reset my Key binding
I will try resetting the Graphics settings
I have a Johnny Relationship score of 75% and was hoping to unlock the secret ending
From what I’ve read, the Nocturne Op55N1 mission can be quite challenging, pivotal to the game, and can have significant consequences for the overall story’s ending, so it doesn’t seem likely to finish without the ability to Crouch, Jump, Climb or Run
Doing a clean reinstall or starting all over again from scratch is a absolute last resort
I’ve back up all save and game files to a new folder location

- I cannot finish (leave) the mission that I’m currently in (locked into).
- I cannot Run, Crouch, Jump or Climb
- I currently have 508.7 hours invested in this, my 1st play-through, issue free
- I am only (the two final missions) away from finishing
- I understand these final missions can be quite challenging; are pivotal to the game, and can have significant consequences for the overall story’s ending
