Demolition Man has become scarily relevant in recent times.

Waiting for the time when we practice sex via VR as in Demo Man. I mean in a world ravaged by diseases, it might be a good idea.

to Blade Runner and Johny Mnemonic I would add Blame! and Battle Angel Alita, but mostly Altered Carbon

I def see Johnny Mnemonic and Altered Carbon. I can also see a bit of Mad Max, Matrix, but also, what most consider B movies, Escape from "Escape From New York" and "Escape From Los Angeles".

Blade Runner was the ultimate source, but it's the raw beginning, not The Cyberpunk Movie. Blade Runner to cyberpunk is like LOTR to fantasy, it's the starting point, all the elements can be found, but not the typical movie of the genre.
For me Ghost In The Shell (the first animated movie) is the biggest cyberpunk movie ever made, Alien2 is definitely counts as cyberpunk in terms of world-building.
My problem with Johnny Mnemonic is that I missed the flashy 'cyber' part , it felt more like an action movie.
