I have a claim on the following video

By claimant:
"Believe Music On behalf of: Mervilton Records"

for:
"The Mountain and Marilyn - Dale L. Pilcher"

I could use some instructions here.
First of, is this legit?
If not, what do I do? Is there anything you can give me in formal form that I can send them so they stop this?

You should contact CDPR direct - I don't think they can go into detail on the forums. And they definitely don't go after people doing Lets Play videos.

(Personal opinion though, it's probably a false claim, unless there was some third-party music hidden away in there later on, I only played the beginning of your video).
