There is nothing wrong with you game, this place just look like that, even with the "HD Reworked" mod. Just checked it, looks like a mapping problem : https://imgur.com/a/xzsaa

I have done more complex research : https://imgur.com/a/YuO3e The clouds are not so bad if you use a lighting mod. Sorry for that, but all the screenshots were done with ReShade.
