Happened to me too like, a lot. Drove me nuts. I'm crouching, dialog begins, I want to stand up and skipped the line. Ugh. Until I figured out, that I could simply remap the skip-ahead to PGDWN or whatever I like and now I can skip dialogues or stand up from crouching during a dialog. Preem.
