Thanks for the answer, verdwhisper. So I guess it's caused by mods that modify the environment, in my case, COMPILATION and Lullaby. Doesn't really bother me that much so maybe I'll just leave it as is.

I tried in all my cases with Clear Weather console command so there's no clouds. I think if it has something to do with the weather then all of Toussaint should be affected. However, it's not the case since only Beauclair has this glitch.

I also think there is something blocking the Sun. However, it's kinda weird since it only happens in certain area, for me, Beauclair, and somewhere in Velen for SorceressJ. I just tried the same save on another machine without any mod and there was no glitch like this. Maybe I'll try disabling...

I think I have tried the unofficial patch the game still gives me load of compiling error. I will try again without some mod to see if it works. Do you have to manually merge any mods? Maybe my problem is that I didn't merge mods properly. I also have the game + all dlc's on Steam.

I have some question. Some screenshots look very neat and no pixelated, much better than the game AA. So what do you guys use to achieve that? I guess SweetFx but I don't want to change the game color. I mostly just want better AA.
