Okay after an hour of doing the quest and finally figuring it out I continuously hear the breathing so honestly f this quest stay away from it. It's beyond broken -

I just gave up, hopefully it's patched -
(PC) No nude on First Person View, Mirrors, Photo Mode. [Not a Bug]
So I refunded stadia version and got pc one, was full nudity at first and now can't even take bra off 2 mins later -

Same issue on stadia except my character has the bra show through all the clothing.
