I like Twitch. I'm all for Twitch Drops. I just don't like the idea of having to "pay" two times for the skin. If the skin can be used without the DLC, sure but it's not. That's what I meant by "double paywall".

Yep, great news. It's finally fixed!

Can confirm. I didn't realise there was a second part to the quest. I proceed to find the other enemy that's been screaming about wanting to kill me, so I discovered him hiding down there, saw the "!" quest marker on the body and looted it. Game says Job Completed, but didn't actually complete...
