Can't Talk to Vernon Roche [Get Junior]

I'm level 25 but started get junior at 23, been in a cave few times with no joy so far. Luckily a lot of side quests to keep yourself occupied while issue being resolved.

same here, about 90 hrs in the game will be nice to move forward, go CDPr!
