RTX 30 Series Performance Issues
I have an RTX 3090 (MSI GAMING X TRIO) and I9-9900k, RAM 32 GB, SSD 2 TB ecc..., I have set all the settings to maximum (ultra and psycho), RT psycho on a resolution of 3440x1440 and with DLSS deactivated I play at 30 fps, with DLSS active I get 55 / 58 fps.
