Had the exact same issue. I have noticed that Discord Overlay was the problem for me. If I had Discord Overlay enabled, it crashed indefinitely immediatley upon launch. Disabled Discord overlay in the Discords options and everything is fine. I messaged Discord and CDPR on twitter about it but...
