I just met a player who played Marching Orders -> Cow -> Longship to spawn 4 Chorts. Isn't it a little bit OP? 40 value from 1 cow? Why Retaliation isn't one time effect?
In Closed Beta, no one even played the cow. Now, at the very least, you can create some interesting combos with it. Regardless, it's still easy to kill the cow and counteract the combo.
