As the title says, the game crashed and brought me to the main Xbox menu when I exited.

Just once, and I experienced my first ever disconnection during a match-- as people have already reported.
I have both both the game and patch update installed.
Should I be reporting one time issues? I would have added it to another thread if I found one about it already.
