End of Game freeze

I played a game tonight that I won but after both players passed the game seemed to freeze. I'm still able to forfeit (from a winning position) but the game will not continue. Icons on the screen highlight when I pass over them (so the game is continuing to run) but the game will not continue even though both players have passed in the final round. I've had to terminate the program to continue.

Tried to upload a screenshot but it was too large apparently (and I'm not technically gifted enough to know how to reduce the size of the png file).

Uploading a screenshot would help a lot to clarify the problem. You can open Paint (which comes pre-installed with Windows) and save the image in jpg format and then upload it again. Alternatively, you can just upload the image to imgur and hotlink it here.
