Hardened Leather diagram in Act 3
So I somehow managed not to aquire the diagram for hardened leather and realized this now, as some quests needs me to make armor. I checked the wiki and said some vendors sells it, but doesn't in my game. I followed Roche. I'm on PC is there a way to cheat myself to get the diagram? Please help, really don't want to start over, which I will if I don't get a fix for this problem i'm having.

I found a addon that added all items to the innkeeper and jsut got the diagrams from him.
