VedmakOfOld So while I knew @
Hyadum was making great progress working on the hud icons and meditation panel i figured I'd work on the inventory panel.
The first dilema is that the earliest Witcher 3 inventory panel we got actually had a more similar layout to the e3 version than the latest version (description panel on bottom left, Detailed statistics on the right, Simplified inventory categorizations). However I actually prefer the newest versions layout because of the better organization as well as the (even more) detailed statistics panels that appear when you press "c". Also the changes made like the addition of mutations would be gone otherwise which seems like a bad tradeoff for a slight increase in layout similarity.
Due to this minor change in layout while using the current version, it wouldn't look identical but still close enough and to me its more about replicating the vibe than a direct clone (which would be nearly impossible anyway so no big deal)
Another consideration is the fact that the menu has 7 main segments that would take the spots of the tabs at the top of the screen seen in the e3 pic as opposed to 4, also the tabs would more or less be purely cosmetic and not clickable. So you'd have to use "LB/RB" to scroll through them. (Idk the pc keybinds, I use a controller). Again not a deal breaker for me because I care more about aesthetics here, also because it would make literally no difference when using a controller.
I was actually gonna type a lot more explaining minor hurdles/obstacles and possible workarounds but first I'm gonna try a few more things and create a general sketch so I can post a screenshot to make references.

if he's not under NDA he could probably share it with us.

He most likely is... but it is still worth a try. However stupid it may sound, I'll try to ask him for that.
Idk anything about that guy but that would be pretty sweet to see what he has, I've been trying to get the e3 level progress bar
