Gwent: Big City Players bug

I've played the banker then Madame Serenity, after which she gave me the name of the next player. However the quest is now marked complete after 2 players, isn't there supposed to be 2 more?

Happened to me too. When you progress with the main story, you should be able to continue with that quest.

Spoiler

One player is Dijkstra at the bath house, which is part of the main story. Another is elf near Novigrad.
