Witcher 3 Won't launch

It is really just that...I got it through Steam, I launch the game, "running" appears next to the game, "preparing to launch" box flashes up, vanishes, and then...nothing. I've verified the game files, repaired C++ and turned off cloud sync. Oh and there is not crash file.

As for my PC
CPU: AMD FX-6300
Ram: 24gb(had 8 got a deal on another 16)
OS: Windows 7 64bit
GPU: Radeon R9 270
PSU: Evga 550w

Stupid computers! Try the following:

1.) Verify the integrity of the game cache through Steam.

2.) Try installing the redistributables that come with the installation package; should be in your installation directory in a folder called redist. Alternatively, install / repair all of the following from Microsoft.com: DirectX 11 or 12, DirectX 9.0c, .NET Framework, Visual C++, and Visual Studio. For C++ and Studio, install all versions going back to 2010.

3.) Add witcher3.exe to the exclusions list of your firewall and/or antivirus.

Let us know how that goes.

I don't know what it was in that set but something fixed that and the issue I was having with my keyboard software not working properly...you sir...or madam...I really can't tell...are awesome.

(And I'm a "sir". Although, there I times I feel like a "matron". I just don't like the way I look in a dress at all. It's probably the scruffy beard.)
