"Bullsye" looking thing in center of screen
After not playing for about a week, I started up the game to find this bullseye looking thing in the center of the screen. It is all cut-scenes, menus, and normal gameplay. I've poked around the settings, turned GeForce experience and windows 10 game mode off and on. No other game installed on my system has this issue; Diablo 3, Skyrim SE and regular, Civ VI. I can't recall if this is the first time I have played since installing the Win 10 creators update. Any help to get this to go away would be appreciated.
