set Witcher 3 to windowed borderless?
Hi guys, I played TW3 about a year ago on my PC and from what I can remember it was automatically windowed borderless. Now I want to replay the game and for some reason its fullscreen and I cant find any option to change it to windowed borderless. Can Someone please help me? Also, I have fraps and overwolf on my pc in case that may impact the game.
